Unless otherwise stated on the product page or as listed below, orders will ship within 2-3 business days.
Specific products have a variable turn-around time:
PHONE CASES 5-10 business days
HOME DECOR (COASTERS, PILLOWS, etc.) 5-12 business days
Customized products will ship within 1-2 weeks (5 – 10 business days). More details are given on the product page.
Orders with Canadian destinations usually arrive within 2-10 business days; orders to the United States usually arrive within 5-12 business days. Actual shipping time may vary. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
DELAYS & DAMAGE
We cannot be held accountable for damages that occur during mailing or transit. Refunds or exchanges for items that arrive after an expected date cannot be issued, so please ensure you order your items well in advance.
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If something’s not right, please let us know! Simply contact the shop within 7 days of receiving your purchase and include:
– Your order number
– A description of the problem or concern
– A clear photo of the problem
– How you prefer for the issue to be resolved
We’ll handle purchase issues on a case-by-case basis. If a return or exchange is applicable, returns must be shipped within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you received a gift from our shop and would prefer something different, we offer either exchange of your gift for another item of equal or lesser value or a credit for future use.
Contact us to request an exchange or credit and include the following information:
– The “ship to” name on your package or your gift receipt order number
– Item description
– Your preference for an exchange (and the item you would like instead) or credit
Original shipping charges will not be credited nor included in the exchange. Refunds on gift items are not available. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Due to the nature of these items, refunds cannot be issued for:
– Customized, commissioned, or personalized orders
– Digital downloads
– Items on sale & clearance items
– Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
– Gift cards
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.
The shop is available for custom invitations, design work, custom event decor, hand-crafted decor projects, consultations, and creative collaborations! We would love to collaborate with you on a project all your own! Share your request with us and we’ll get back to you shortly!
